What is a test bench?
A test bench replicates the real-world stresses of a commercial vehicle in intensive use within a laboratory: vibrations, repeated loads, temperature variations, and humidity. The goal: to identify weak points before they manifest for you, and to validate that every component exceeds the market's minimum requirements.

Static load — Each rail is subjected to a progressive load until failure. This is how we define working loads with a real, not theoretical, safety margin.
Cycle fatigue — Opened, closed, tightened, and released hundreds of times. Our test benches replicate these cycles in accelerated time to detect any premature wear of the mechanisms and fasteners.
Vibration resistance — Calibrated vibration sequences to verify that no play develops and that the integrity of the assembly is maintained over time.
Environmental resistance — From -10°C to +60°C, with humidity and condensation: our materials are tested to ensure they do not degrade in the real-world conditions of a commercial vehicle.
